Thank you for shopping at Nexova Hub. We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a notification with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Delivery Timeline

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Within Kerala: 4 - 7 business days.

  • Other States (Metros & Major Cities): 5 - 8 business days.

  • Rest of India / Rural Areas: 8 - 10 business days.

⚠️ Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, transit issues, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (Otherwise, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply to cover courier collection charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered Email or WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery failures. For COD orders, kindly ensure someone is available to collect the package and make the payment.
